1. What Data We Collect

Skarvo collects and stores the following categories of data:

  • Account data: Your name, email address, and hashed password (or OAuth token reference) created at signup.
  • Agency data: Your agency name, team member email addresses (for invitations), insurance line names and commission rates, CRM event-to-stage mappings, and production targets you configure.
  • Activity events: De-identified disposition events received from your CRM via webhook. Each event contains: disposition type (e.g., "showed," "closed"), timestamp, lead source tag if provided by your CRM, and estimated premium amount if provided by your CRM. Skarvo does not collect or store client names, phone numbers, addresses, policy numbers, Social Security numbers, or any other personally identifiable information about your clients.
  • Billing data: Stripe manages all payment information. Skarvo stores only a Stripe customer ID reference — no full card numbers or bank account details are stored on Skarvo servers.

2. How We Use Data

Skarvo uses the data we collect solely to provide and improve the Service:

  • Computing show rate, close rate, appointment counts, production volume, and estimated commission for your agency and each agent.
  • Displaying team-wide and per-agent production dashboards to the agency owner and individual production views to each agent.
  • Sending daily production email digests to agency owners.
  • Processing billing and subscription management through Stripe.
  • Improving the reliability and performance of the Service.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your production data to train machine learning models sold to third parties. We do not share your agency's data with other Skarvo customers.

3. Data Isolation

Each agency account is fully isolated at the database level. Row-level security policies ensure that one agency owner or agent cannot query, view, or access another agency's data — not even in aggregated or anonymized form. Within an agency, agents can see only their own individual metrics; agents cannot see other agents' numbers.

4. Data Retention

Activity event data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation, then permanently deleted. You may request deletion of your data before the 30-day period by contacting us at support@skarvo.ai.

5. Third-Party Services

Skarvo integrates with the following third-party services to deliver the product:

  • CRM integrations (Ringy, GoHighLevel, TextDrip, and others) — Skarvo receives outbound webhook events from your CRM when your agents log dispositions. Skarvo does not write back to your CRM and does not access your full CRM account beyond what is delivered via the webhook.
  • Stripe— Handles all payment processing and subscription billing. Stripe's Privacy Policy governs how Stripe processes your payment information. Skarvo never sees or stores full card numbers.
  • Google OAuth— If you choose to sign in with Google, Google authenticates your identity and shares your email address and name with Skarvo. Google's Privacy Policy governs that data transfer.
  • Supabase — Our database and authentication infrastructure provider. Data is stored on Supabase-managed servers in the United States.
  • Vercel — Hosts the Skarvo application. Vercel may process request metadata (IP addresses, request logs) as part of normal web hosting operations.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data Skarvo holds about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@skarvo.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

Note that the de-identified activity events stored in Skarvo are not linked to your clients' identities — we cannot fulfill subject access requests on behalf of your clients because we do not hold their personal data.

7. Cookies

Skarvo uses session cookies to maintain your authenticated state. These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function and do not contain personally identifiable information beyond a session token. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email at the address associated with your account.
